BIM Manager

BIM Strategy & Management:

Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), protocols, and workflows tailored for commercial, residential, and aviation projects.
Oversee and manage the production of coordinated 3D models across architecture, structure, MEP, and specialist consultants.
Ensure BIM models comply with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 19650, local BIM mandates).
Evaluate and select appropriate BIM tools and technologies for project delivery.

Project Coordination:

Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to align BIM strategies and project goals.
Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective model collaboration, clash detection, and resolution.
Oversee data exchange and ensure interoperability across platforms (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
Ensure model integrity throughout design, tender, construction, and handover phases
Technical Skills
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and other relevant BIM tools.
