BIM Coordinator - Arch

• Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensures that models from different disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP) align
  correctly, identifying and resolving clashes to avoid conflicts during construction.
• Develop BIM Execution plan, BIM Management Plan, QC policies, project standards
  independently or with the assistance of BIM manager.
• Preparation of Revit families & updating in modelling database.
• Proficient in BIM modelling as well as QC of models.
• Expertize in clash detection using Navis manage.
• Ability to independently manage project coordination in BIM 360 & BIM 360 Docs.
• Manage revisions &  history of changes to models.
• Experience in modelling with LoD 300-500 Models & working knowledge of all
  disciplines with expertise in one or two systems

Experience: 8+ years
Qualification: B.Arch, B.E/B.Tech Civil, Diploma in Arch
Desired Profile: Working experience large scale BIM projects of & involved in a modelling /coordination role from an engineering services company
Software Skills: AutoCAD, Revit 2023, Dynamo, Navis Manage, Bim 360,
