BIM Coordinator - MEP

• Develop BIM Execution plan, BIM Management Plan, QC policies, project standards independently or with the assistance of BIM manager.

• Preparation of Revit families & updating in modelling database.

• Proficient in BIM modelling as well as QC of models.

• Expertize in clash detection using Navis manage.

• Ability to independently manage project coordination in BIM 360 & BIM 360 Docs.

• Manage revisions & history of changes to models.

• Experience in modelling with LoD 300-500 Models & working knowledge of all disciplines with expertise in one or two systems.

• Knowledge in preparation of Project Simulation Report.

• Knowledge in MEPF – Design.

• Experience in Client Meeting for Technical knowledge of transfer/communication.

Experience         

• 6-10 years

Qualification      

• B.E.(Mechanical/Electrical) D.M.E/D.E.E (Mechanical/Electrical)

Desired Profile: 

• Working experience large scale BIM projects of & involved in a modelling / coordination role from an engineering services company

Software Skills:

• AutoCAD, Revit,  Dynamo, Navis Manage, Bim 360.
