Senior Architect

Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop architectural designs and plans.
Prepare detailed drawings, sketches and specifications
Participate in site visits and client meetings to gather project requirements.
Research building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design practices.
Support the preparation of project presentations and documentation.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure the timely completion of project milestones.
Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suites, V-ray, Lumion, and Rhino – Added value.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and graphical representation
Basic understanding of building codes and regulations.
Portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
Degree : Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
